Elephant Run District’s We Haven’t Told Anyone About This 

by Chris Harcum plays at Manhattan Theatre Source, 

with Coryphaeus Theatre Company's production of The Threadbare Sex 

by Naomi McDougall Jones and Mia Romero

Directed by Aimee Todoroff. Featuring Rainbow Geffner, 

Kate Foster, and Chris Harcum.

Nothing is as it seems in Lana and Eric's living room. When Paige arrives early for her catering job, she uncovers a Pandora's Box of deception, redemption, and sexual deviance.Blending Comedy of Manners and Greek Tragedy, this dark comedy gives a unique take on how we deal with heinous crimes that destroy people's lives. Can sex and violence make the world a little less wrong?

Chris plays Durwood Peach in a staged reading at Ensemble Studio Theatre 

of Landscape of the Body, directed by Abigail Zealey Bess, in a month-long 

celebration of plays written by John Guare. 





         


Feb 2011

Elephant Run District’s Green a new solo performance by Chris Harcum

premieres at the Metropolitan Playhouse. Directed by Aimee Todoroff. 

An epic misadventure with crooked politicians, double agents, bickering robot lovers, supernova recording artists and the sweetest Scottish mercenary in the galaxy. Only a poet can straighten out this mess, but even if one of the last full-blooded humans in the universe can save the world, will there be a place for him in it?

Elephant Run District presents Chris's comedy Rabbit Island in the Frigid Festival at the Kraine Theater. Chris forms Elephant Run District with 

Aimee Todoroff in Aug 2010. Elephant Run District is a collective 

devoted to challenging expectations, inspiring dialogue in our community 

and creating long-lasting memories. Elephant Run seeks to entertain its 

audience at the same time it addresses social justice issues. The District 

is a place where traditions collide and new possibilities are explored in 

the hunt to create stories that are ultimately human.
